Laser welding is quickly becoming the best and most irreplaceable process for tool and mold repair.

Repairing worn edges, molding surfaces, pitting, etc. are all very easily accomplished when using a laser welder. Our laser welding machines are ideal for applying millimeter-thin filler wires homogeneously and crack-free. The deposit application is very similar to the original contour which will require only minor finishing.

The laser welder's laser beam is finely focused, resulting in a minimal heat-affected zone. This helps to avoid tension because only a small area of material is being melted. The user is then able to weld metal in close proximity to heat sensitive stones and other materials.
