Application: The ALV laser welder is exceptionally useful, particularly in work involving medical technology, for manufacture of sensors, and for smaller work pieces in tool and mold manufacture and repair.

 

• With this compact laser device, the welding process takes place in a closed, laser-safe working chamber. Thus, the device can be set up in any workspace.

 

• The positioning system can process work pieces up to 50 kg at a high level of precision under the laser beam. The work piece can be moved either with joystick, situated within the working chamber, or with the use of automatic motion. The large vertical motion range of the workbench also allows for welding on larger work pieces.

 

• The simple-to-program WINLaserNC software for, optional, 4 axes makes fully automatic welding for production of small batches possible.

 

• Controlled positioning, via joystick, of the work piece by 3-axis positioning system in the work chamber for pieces weighing up to 50 kg.

 

Options: A.) "Multifunctional Foot Control" for setting the laser parameters, i.e. during repair of molds and tools. B.)  Rotary head to handle cylindrical parts.
